ERRATUM
In the October 2002 print version, in the article "Does nutritive and non-nutritive sucking reduce other oral behaviors and stimulate rest in calves?," by I. Veissier, A. M. de Passillé, G. Després, J. Rushen, I. Charpentier, A. R. Ramirez de la Fe, and P. Pradel, the quantity of an iron injection was inadvertently misstated. On page 2575, in the description of the animals and housing used in Exp. 1, the following sentence should have been worded as follows (corrected value in boldface): "Hematocrits were measured when the calves were 2 mo old, and 1 mL of iron (Imferon, Sanofi, Paris, France, 0.1 g iron/mL) was injected per point of packed-cell volume below 32%." The online version has been corrected.
In the December 2002 issue, the Meat Science section article entitled "The efficacy of three objective systems for identifying beef cuts that can be guaranteed tender," by T. L. Wheeler, D. Vote, J. M. Leheska, S. D. Shackelford, K. E. Belk, D. M. Wulf, B. L. Gwartney, and M. Koohmaraie, was inadvertently placed into the Ruminant Nutrition section. The title-link has been repositioned in the online version.
