The Calcium, Magnesium and Potassium Contents of the Serum of Ewes Fed High Levels of Potassium

Abstract

The ingestion by mature ewes of a ration containing approximately 5 percent of potassium as the bicarbonate did not have a significant effect on the amounts of calcium, magnesium or potassium in the blood serum.
