Placement

Effective with the January 1986 issue, a charge will be levied for the announcement of available positions and prospective employees. The charge for listing available positions is $50 (minimum) for a 2-inch, one-column announcement plus $25 for each additional inch (or portion of an inch). Announcements will be edited; ordinarily position announcements will not exceed 3 inches. Only ASAS members can list their availability as prospective employees. A 1-inch, one-column announcement will be free to those seeking employment; longer announcements will be subject to a charge of $25 for each additional inch (or portion of an inch).

The Department of Animal Science, Oregon State University, is seeking an Assistant/Associate Professor in dairy production and applied nutrition, 50% resident instruction and 50% research. Position is fulltime, 12-month tenure-track. Responsibilities include leadership of the dairy program, coordinating with related departments in the College of Agricultural Sciences and developing a strong communications program with the dairy industry and agribusiness.
