The 77th Annual Meeting of the American Society of Animal Science will be held August 13–16, 1985 at University of Georgia, Athens.

ATTENTION AUTHORS: Authors wishing to have their manuscript(s) considered for publication in the Journal of Animal Science should submit 2 copies (original and 1 carbon or xerox) of the manuscript to the Editor-in-Chief.

Authors are advised that the Commonwealth Agriculture Bureaux (CAB) Thesaurus will become the source document for key words in the Journal of Animal Science, effective July 1, 1985. Library and (or) departmental copies can be obtained from: B. M. Blackwell Ltd., Broad Street, Oxford, England OX13BQ. The cost is $105.00 per copy.

Authors are requested to return revised copies of manuscripts to Section Editors promptly. Under new policy, revisions must be returned within 4 months or the authors will be notified that the paper has been rejected.
