Abstract

The Department of Animal Science, Texas A&M University is seeking an Assistant or Associate Professor (teaching/research) in Meat Science and Muscle Biology. Teaching will involve undergraduate and graduate courses; research can be in any area of Meat Science or Muscle Biology. A Ph.D. in Animal Science or Food Science is required; teaching/research experience in meat processing is preferred. Teaching will involve undergraduate courses in physiology of reproduction and artificial insemination. Research can be in any area of male or female reproduction. A M.S. in Physiology of Reproduction is required.
