Objective Technique for Truncating Data From Repeated Measurements1

J. L. Gill2

Michigan State University, East Lansing 48824

Abstract

An objective method is given for truncating data from two treatment response profiles over time to discard "uninformative" data. This procedure permits increased sensitivity of multivariate tests of treatment differences for the remaining data. An example from reproductive physiology is used to illustrate the procedure.
