Excerpt: The 74th Annual Meeting of the American Society of Animal Science will be held as a joint meeting with the Canadian Society of Animal Science August 8 to 11, 1982 at the University of Guelph, Guelph, Ontario, Canada.

Frequently deadline dates have expired before the Journal is received. The 5th World Conference on Animal Production will be held in Tokyo, Japan, on August 14—19, 1983, under the auspices of the World Association for Animal Production. It is being organized jointly by the Science Council of Japan and the Japanese Society of Zootechnical Science.
