Abstract

The procedures to be followed by prospective employees and by firms or universities in the submission of information to be listed in this Placement section may be found in the Placement section of the January 1979 issue of this journal.

Virginia Polytechnic Institute and Stats University is seeking an Assistant or Associate Professor of dairy Extension and research. Responsibilities include providing leadership in developing effective dairy Extension education programs in genetics and breeding, contributing to Extension education programs in DHI, on-farm computers, and farm economics; and to develop a limited research effort in dairy herd management.

Required: a Ph.D. in Dairy or Animal Science with emphasis in dairy genetics.
