Abstract

The procedures to be followed by prospective employees and by firms or universities in the submission of information to be listed in this Placement section may be found in the Placement section of the January 1979 issue of this journal.

The University of Minnesota, Dept. of Animal Science, is seeking an assistant/associate professor in swine nutrition and management (40% teaching and 60% research), available August 1.

Required: Ph.D. in animal science, major—nutrition and a strong background in swine production.

Oregon State University is seeking an Assistant Professor of Animal Nutrition (ruminant) at Union Station of the Eastern Oregon Agricultural Research Center to conduct research in the area of nutrition and management of range beef cattle and farm flock sheep, direct graduate student research, provide leadership for management of station livestock and teach one 3-credit course one quarter each year in Animal Nutrition.
