Placement

Abstract

The procedures to be followed by prospective employees and by firms or universities in the submission of information to be listed in this Placement section may be found in the Placement section of the, January 1979 issue of this journal.

Purdue University, Dept. of Animal Sciences, is seeking an assistant professor in physiology of reproduction— 70% research and 30% teaching. Responsibility will include the development of a comprehensive research program to seek solutions to problems limiting reproductive efficiency of farm animals—opportunity for involvement with beef, dairy or swine. Responsibility for teaching undergraduate courses.

Required: a Ph.D. in animal or dairy science with training in physiology of reproduction and the ability to develop a strong program in research and teaching. Deadline for applications is April 1, 1980.
