Potential Impact of Dietary Goals on Animal Agriculture1

Abstract

National studies, goals, legislation, or warnings have had little influence on consumption patterns. We must assume any change in dietary habits that may result from the Senate Select Committee's dietary goals will be evolutionary, not revolutionary.
