Faculty position: Muscle Biochemist interested in developing a vigorous research program in muscle biochemistry and contributing to departmental teaching in areas of interest in agriculture. Ph.D. in biochemistry, food science or related field is required, and the applicant must have several years of postdoctoral experience and have demonstrated evidence of independence in research.
