The 69th Annual Meeting of the American Society of Animal Science will be held July 23 to 27,1977 at the University of Wisconsin, Madison.

The American Society of Agronomy, the Crop Science Society of America, and the Soil Science Society of America will meet November 28 to December 3, 1976, at the Hyatt Regency Houston and Sheraton Houston Hotels in Houston, Texas.

The First International Symposium on Industrial Wastes and Environment will be held in Caracas, November 16 to 19, 1976. The purpose of the symposium is to study the effects of the industrial wastes through general biology and human biology criteria. The engineering, economical, political and legal aspects will also be considered. These studies will concern with water, air and soil environments. The symposium is sponsored by the International Association of Medicine and Biology of the Environment (IAMBE) and the Venezuelan Chapter of IAMBE. The official languages of the symposium will be English, Spanish and French.
