Job Opportunities

Position: Animal scientists for reviewing scientific data submitted for clearance of animal drugs and feed additives. Qualifications: M.S. or Ph.D. in Animal Science and/or D.V.M. with excellent written and oral communicative skills. Salary: $13,482 to $19,386/ year. Contact: Jack C. Taylor (Nonruminant) or William D. Price (Ruminant) at Bureau of Veterinary Medicine, Food and Drug Administration, 5600 Fishers Lane, Rockville, MD 20852. University of California Cooperative Extension Animal Scientist (Reproductive Physiology). Conduct Cooperative Extension education program in support of county advisors. Provide liaison between and maintain a close working relationship with Extension staff, campus research personnel, practicing veterinarians and industry in fields assigned.
