Abstract

Green Crop Fractionation — A symposium sponsored by The British Grassland Society and The British Society of Animal Production will be held on November 25 and 26, 1976 at The Crown Hotel, Harrogate, Yorks. The objectives of this symposium are to review the results of the current research programmes and to define the systems and economic conditions under which the process of green chop fractionation is likely to be a viable proposition in the United Kingdom. The Third Annual NCTR Hormone Research Symposium will be held November 15 to 17, 1976 at Little Rock, AR. The symposium will consist of formal presentations by invited speakers and informal poster sessions by attendees desiring to exhibit posters related to topics discussed by the invited speakers. Topic areas are hormonally active substances in the food chain, regulation of ovarian hormone secretion, toxicity studies and metabolism of oral contraceptives, and hormone receptors and cellular response in uterus and mammary glands.
