The University of Alberta, Faculty of Agriculture and Forestry. Assistant Professor — Ph. D.; Fundamentals of growth and development of animals with emphasis on genetic influences. Broad biological interests conducive to collaboration with staff in other areas including biochemistry, nutrition and physiology.

Teaching at introductory and senior levels plus research and extension responsibilities. Canadian experience strongly desired.

Normal starting salary $17,295 per annum (second step of assistant Professor). Open July 1, 1976.

Faculty position (Assistant Professor) in Muscle Biology and Meat Science. The departments of Animal Science and Food Technology at iowa State University are seeking an individual for conduct of research in fundamental aspects of muscle protein chemistry and/or biosynthesis of muscle protein and participation in research programs designed to provide a bridge linking fundamental knowledge in this area and application to meat science.
