Assistant (Associate) Animal Scientist to conduct nutritional and feeding research on beef cattle for slaughter in the Yazoo-Mississippi Delta. Must be able to work in interdisciplinary programs with other animal scientist, agronomists, and agricultural economist for developing optimum beef finishing programs.
