Use of Hormones or Hormone Active Agents in Production of Slaughter Bulls1

Abstract

DATA from 46 comparisons in studies of hormone treatment of bulls were examined and summarized. In the data studied it was impossible to observe consistent responses in carcass grade or rate of gain due to hormone treatments.
