Abstract
The effects of cis-clomiphene on the concentrations of serum LH and prolactin and on the response to LH-RH in the sheep were investigated. Treatment with cis-clomiphene tended to show partial suppression of the stimulatory effect of LH-RH on the secretion of LH. No apparent effect of cis-clomiphene on the serum concentrations of LH and prolactin could be detected.
