Meeting of the American Society of Animal Science. The 62nd Annual Meeting of the Society will be held at Pennsylvania State University, University Park, Pennsylvania, August 1 through August 7, 1970. A special symposium on "Sex Ratio at Birth—Prospects for Control" will be held August the first; business meetings, contributed papers, and other symposia August 2 to August 5; and a special symposium on "Control of Metabolism," August 6 to 7. A research symposium entitled "Effect of Diseases and Stress on Reproductive Efficiency in Swine" will be held at Kildee Auditorium, Iowa State University, Ames, Iowa, on June 10, 11 and 12, 1970. The symposium will be sponsored by the National Pork Producers Council, the Federal Extension Service, and the Veterinary Medical Research Institute, College of Veterinary Medicine, Iowa State University.
