2 Member of Taylor and Sutton, Veterinarians, Georgetown, Kentucky.
3 The authors are indebted to Dr. D. L. Proctor, Lexington, Kentucky for the use of veterinary surgical facilities used in these operations, and to J. R. Martin, Department of Public Information and for his assistance in preparing the diagrams used in this paper.
