Development and Implications of Two-Year Programs in Animal Science

Charles W. Cameron, Professor of Animal Husbandry and Head

Agriculture Department State University of New York, Agricultural and Technical College, Alfred

Abstract

Conclusion: Let me say that the 2-yr. technical college program is here. It is not second class; it is first class; it has a bright future. It should not be looked upon as competition, but rather as a companion to 4-yr. college programs. All we need do is work together for an ever-improving educational program in animal science to fill the great need that exists.
