Introduction to Discussion

H. D. Hafs

Dairy Department, Michigan State University, East Lansing

Abstract

Conclusions: Dr. Hale provided evidence that reproductive behavior is influenced by retinal stimulation. The data reviewed in this discussion provide convincing evidence that exteroceptive stimuli markedly influence sperm output in the bull. These stimuli remain to be classified according to sensory pathway and evaluated in terms of epididymal and accessory gland function.
