Abstract

Conclusions: In view of the results of these studies, it may be concluded either (1) that present feeding standards do not describe optimum rations for early weaned pigs, (2) that ration nutrient source or physical form is of nutritional significance for pigs of this age, or (3) that the rations used did not provide nutrients at the estimated levels.
