The Minimum Requirement of Nicotinic Acid for the Growing Pig

Abstract

That nicotinic acid is necessary in the nutrition of the pig has been confirmed.

From the results of these studies, apparently the requirement of nicotinic acid for young growing swine lies between 5 and 10 mg. per 100 pounds of pig daily.
