Abstract
December 2, 1933
The meeting was called to order at 2:18 P. M. by President Humphrey.
The secretary's report was read and accepted.
E. S. Good reported for the Auditing Committee. The committee report was accepted.
W. E. Carroll moved that the secretary-treasurer be relieved of any responsibility due to loss of funds in case of a bank failure. Motion seconded and passed.
The Committee on Investigations had no recommendations to make at this time.
Dr. Gr. H. Hart of the Committee on Instruction reported his committee had no recommendation other than that the papers read at the Teaching Session be considered the committee report. Motion seconded and passed.
The Extension Committee had no recommendations to make.
Dean W. C. Coffey, Chairman of the Special Resolutions Committee, offered the following resolutions on the death of Dr. C. H. Eckles, which were adopted by a rising vote:
