Abstract
The meeting was called to order by President J. A. Hill at 2:15 P.M.
M. D. Helser, reporting for the Meat Investigations Committee, moved the appointment of a committee to make a resume of the teaching and research work on meat. An amendment was made that the Meat Investigations Committee make this summary and report it at the Meats Luncheon in 1933. Mr. Helser accepted the amendment and the amended motion was seconded and carried.
Chairman Jay L. Lush of the Committee on Investigations moved the adoption of the committee report, which had already been circulated among the members by mail in mimeographed form. The report was adopted and is printed elsewhere in this Proceedings.
Chairman Fred S. Hultz of the Committee on Methods of Instruction moved the adoption of the following report:
