Minutes of the Twenty-First Annual Business Meeting

Saturday Afternoon, December 1, 1928

Abstract

The twenty-first annual business meeting of the Society was called to order by President Sheets, who read the following proposed amendment to the Constitution and explained the reasons for its being offered:

Amendment: Paragraph 4: Add to the second line "two or more regional vice-presidents." Add to the sixth line "regional vice-presidents."

Moved by Professor Dodson that the amendment of the Constitution be adopted. Seconded and carried unanimously.

Mr. Sheets: "The first report is that of the Committee on Cooperative Investigations, which will be presented by Prof. P. F. Trowbridge." The report as presented by Professor Trowbridge was carried. (This report was quite extensive. It has been mimeographed by the Bureau of Animal Industry of the United States Department of Agriculture. Copies may be secured from that office.)

Committee on Methods of Investigation: This report was presented by Professor King, who moved the adoption of the report. Seconded and carried.
