A Study of Factors Which Influence the Quality and Palatability of Meat
A comprehensive report on this project was presented by P. F. Trowbridge, chairman of the Committee, which showed 24 states cooperating with the U. S. Department of Agriculture.
The report has been mimeographed by the Division of Animal Husbandry, U. S. Department of Agriculture, Washington, D. C. Copies of it can be secured by members by writing to the Division.
