Who May Join the Society?

Abstract

The question is frequently asked, "Who may join the American Society of Animal Production?" It may be stated that all persons who are engaged in investigation or instruction work pertaining to animal production (which includes extension) in the United States and Canada shall be eligible to membership, and may become members by enrolling and paying the annual dues. Libraries and others interested may be enrolled to receive the reports of annual meetings and other information available. The annual dues or fees are $2.00, payable in advance.

The reports of standing and special committees will be worth many times the cost of the membership. Not only that, but the Society needs your active cooperation and help in making its work most effective. You will, therefore, not only be helping yourself by sending your check for $2.00 at once, but will be lending your support to the only society or organization working for your best interests and the welfare of the livestock industry in such an important way.
