Minutes of the Business Meeting

November 26, 1921.

Abstract

In the absence of President Coffey, Vice-President E. S. Savage at 11:30 a m. called the meeting to order. The report of the Treasurer was read and approved. The fact was disclosed that a large number of members, especially the older members, were heavily in arrears on their annual dues. It was voted that the Constitution be enforced and that after due notice of arrears and failure to pay, the members owing for the three past years or more be dropped from the membership. It was further voted that the annual membership dues be $2.00 as heretofore.

A motion was carried that in future annual meetings no papers be allowed to be presented by members not in good standing with respect to Society dues.

It was voted that the new executive committee study, during the coming year, the possibilities of having sectional meetings in the West and report to the society at the next annual meeting.
