Abstract
The report of this committee was received with a great deal of interest by the members of the Society in attendance, as was evidenced by their devoting practically the entire Friday afternoon session to discussions of the separate sections of this report. The chairman of the committee suggested at the outset that this report be discussed at this meeting and final action taken at the next meeting. While, therefore, this report as modified at this meeting may be considered a progress report for the present, it was thought desirable to have it printed herewith so that members be enabled to study it previous to final action at the next meeting.
The Secretary.
COMMITTEE REPORT
The study of livestock production problems in different states has so many factors in common that the outcome of a study in one state is largely applicable in another.
An earnest effort should therefore be made by station workers to so plan and conduct their experiments that any discrepancies in results can not be attributed to different methods of carrying out trials.
