Extracts from the Minutes of the Annual Meeting Held in the Congress Hotel, Chicago, November, 27, 1910

D. H. Otis, Secretary

Abstract

Prof. T. L. Haecker of Minnesota presented a brief outline of the work in Animal Nutrition that is in progress at the University of Minnesota, and requested that a committee from this Society be appointed to visit and carefully consider the investigations that are in progress and make such suggestions that in its judgment seem wise. By motion the society authorized the President to appoint such a committee of which he shall be ex-officio member, in case Professor Haecker can arrange to provide for the expenses of the committee.

By motion the Secretary was instructed to prepare an appropriate letter expressing our appreciation of the sterling worth and excellent character of the late Prof. John A. Craig, and send same to Mrs. Craig.

President Armsby appointed W. J. Frazier, A. L. Haecker, and F. W. Wilson as a special committee to canvass the votes cast for officers of the society for the ensuing year.
