Abstract
Second only in importance to efficient research must be placed the publication of the results secured by investigation.
The value of a bulletin embodying the results of original investigation depends upon the clearness with which the important facts of the experiment are given publicity.
The success of a bulletin in recording facts with clearness depends partly upon the form or method of presentation, and partly upon the subject matter of the bulletin itself. In order that the important results secured at the experiment stations may be more available to the average reader, and thus result in a larger influence upon agricultural practice your committee believes that greater uniformity should be secured in the general form and makeup of the Experiment Station bulletins. In order that such uniformity may be gained, your committee recommends:
