The officers and committees elected at this meeting are listed on page 2 of this circular.
H. J. Waters presented the report of the Committee on Affiliation. By motion President Armsby was delegated to represent the society at the proposed conference on affiliation to be held in Washington, November, 1910, in connection with the meeting of the Association of Agricultural Science. This was amended to include the Committee on Affiliation which with the President were empowered to act for the society, the understanding being that any affiliation entered into would not necessarily settle the time and place of meeting of our society. By motion the society expressed itself in favor of affiliation.
By motion Section 3 of the constitution was amended to read that the President of the Society be made a member ex-officio of the Committee on Experiments.
The committee on experiments reported that it had elected H. P. Armsby as Chairman and that lots had been cast for the term of service of the elected members of the Committee which resulted as follows:
