Brant, formerly Agricultural Officer of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations, Rome, Italy, has been appointed by the Foreign Operations Administration; University of Idaho; and Ecuadorian Servicio Cooperativo Interamericano de Agricultura as Specialist, Universidad de Guayaquil y Universidad de Idaho, Programa Cooperative para el Progreso de las Ciencias Agropecurias, Ecuador.
