The Fertility of Cows Inseminated at Various Intervals after Calving1

Abstract

A study was made of the fertility level of 7,071 cows inseminated at various intervals after calving. The results indicated that a minimum interval from calving to first insemination of 50 days was required for satisfactory fertility.
