Abstract
In a pig-feeding experiment, the effects of adding nicotinic acid, vitamin B12 and aureomycin, separately and in combination, to a diet low in nicotinic acid and in B12, have been reported. The effects observed were as follows:
A possible hypothesis to account for the growth-stimulating effect of aureomycin has been suggested.
